Forming a partnership with parents and carers is essential if early years practitioners are to plan effectively for a child’s learning.
We recognise that working with parents is of major value and importance in enabling us to provide a happy, caring and stable environment for the children. We aim to form a good relationship with parents so information regarding their child’s development (be it developmental, social or health-related) can be exchanged easily by staff and parents.
We are delighted to be able to offer 30 hours free childcare as a result of the government initiative to support working parents. Please follow the link below for more information on how to access it:
As children commence their journey in our Pre-School we begin to develop and nurture strong positive attitudes where they become proud and respectful of themselves, others, and the environment.
By the end of their journey, our children are enthusiastic and confident learners who are ready for the challenges of school. We have a firm transition policy in place and liaise with Primary schools to ensure smooth transitions.
Hulme Hall Pre-School represents an incredibly important stage in a child’s development – a time when they establish the foundations of their learning and begin to prepare for school. We believe that this time should also be exciting, fun and stimulating.
The curriculum at Hulme Hall Pre-School is based on the Early Years Foundation framework and children learn by playing, exploring and being active and creative both indoors and outdoors.
