Government Free Early Entitlement
- The Government Grant is available for children aged 2 to 4.
- All 2 to 4-year-olds in England can get 570 free hours per year. It’s usually taken as 15 hours a week for 38 weeks of the year.
- Some 3 to 4-year-olds are eligible for 30 hours free childcare a week.
- Grant hours can be taken solely and only meal charges will apply.
- Your child will be eligible the term after their third birthday.

Any hours, between 8.00am and 4.00pm, beyond those funded by the Government Free Early Entitlement are charged at £10.00 per hour.

Lunches
Lunches are optional for those children who attend a morning or full day session during term time only. Lunches are charged per day.

Notes
- In order to plan staffing levels all Holiday Club Sessions need to be booked in advance by a specific date.
- As we have limited capacity, we may not be able to offer you the sessions you have requested, although we will try our best to accommodate you.
- All sessions booked in advance are paid for whether my child/children attend or not.
- No lunches are provided during Holiday Club, so parents need to provide a packed lunch.
